Can you volunteer on Election Day?

We need volunteers to hand out sample ballots to voters outside the polling place in Lexington (350 Spotswood Drive) on Tuesday November 4. The sample ballot will include MARK WARNER for Senate and BRUCE ELDER as a write-in candidate for Congress from the 6th District. Election Day leafleting is especially important this year because many voters will be unaware that Bruce Elder (a Democrat and former member of the Staunton City Council) is an alternative to Bob Goodlatte.

Can you volunteer for at least one shift? The shifts will be:

6 a.m. to 8 a.m.

8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

10 a.m. to noon

Noon to 2 p.m.

2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

If you can help, please contact Gene Zitver at gzitver@aol.com.
